  • Replacement & Refund Policy:

  •  14 days We will be happy to send replacements or issue a refund under the following conditions:

    --- You received a wrong item or wrong order.
    --- Item is defective (item in unusable condition, broken, etc.)
    --- Item is missing.

  • Please contact us in 14 days after you received the orders. We can do refund as soon as possible for above reasons.

  • If you received a defective item, please kindly provide a picture showing the item or damaged part.* Please note that due to the nature of manual production, slight variations in size/shape/color and imperfections such as scratches/dents/bumps are inherent in the process of making these findings.

    Some natural gemstone beads have irregular shapes and the colors are little different between each other.

    Return Policy:

  • You must contact in 14 days after you received orders. 

  • All items must be in their original condition/undamaged/unused. 

  • Insurance fees, taxes are nonrefundable.
